Radogo Delivery and Login Codes: Your Questions Answered

Most questions we get are about delivery and login codes. This page answers them in plain language, so you know exactly what to expect before you order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes [YOUR TYPICAL DELIVERY TIME, e.g. 5 to 30 minutes] once we have your one-time code. The biggest factor is how quickly you reply with the code. Our live chat is staffed from 04:30 to 18:30 UTC. Outside those hours we contact you ourselves through the Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord contact you gave at checkout, so your order is not forgotten.

Why do you need my login code?

We buy the gems for you in the official in-game shop, so we need to sign in to your account for a short time. Supercell ID uses a one-time code sent to your email instead of a password, which means you never share your password with us. You give us the code, we log in, buy the gems, and log out.

What happens to my login details?

We delete your login details and one-time code right after delivery. We do not keep them.

Is the code safe to share?

Only share a code with us in reply to your own order. Anyone else who asks for a login code, including people who message you on social media, should be ignored. Codes are time-limited, and a code you shared for an earlier order cannot be used for a new one.

My order is still open. Why?

Orders stay open until we receive your one-time code. If you have not sent it yet, check your email for the latest message from Supercell and reply with it. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then contact us.

I entered the wrong email. What now?

Tell us right away through the live chat and include your order number. We will correct it before we continue.

Can I be banned for topping up this way?

We buy gems through the official in-game shop, but any game company can enforce its own rules on its accounts. For that reason, we cannot offer refunds for account bans. Please read our Terms of Service and Refund Policy before you order so you know what is covered.

Do you sell to everyone?

We sell to customers worldwide, and you must be 18 or older. You can order as a guest or create an account.
